JULIA AUSTIN

PERSONAL TRAINING & ASHTANGA YOGA

Thank you for checking out my website! I’m Julia, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, (Sports) Nutrition Coach and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher from Berlin, Germany, based in South Devon, UK.

For more than 14 years, I support clients in group classes and Personal Trainings to enjoy movement, improve well-being and reach their goals. My coaching is based on a functional and holistic approach that integrates all sports-motor-abilities with a mindful way of breathing and moving. Since 2021 I’m also teaching Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style, traditionally focusing on synchronization of breath, movement and mental concentration.

I train, practice and teach based on the experience, that learning to listen to your body and commitment to yourself, applied joyfully to a structured, yet individualized program are the key to transformation and success.

Done mindfully, movement makes you strong, resilient and flexible.
Physically and mentally.

Why Personal Training and Private Yoga?

Personal Training Functional Fitness

Working face to face with a professional, is the most effective and safe way, to long-term establish a routine that serves your mental and physical health.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all-concept, you’ll get…

  • an approach that considers your individual circumstances.

  • an individual programme based on your sports- and health biography.

  • a guidance that suits your mindset, your daily life situation and your schedule.

Therefore, you will…

  • have a high likelihood to stay injury-free.

  • achieve great results / manage to establish a practice tailored to you needs.

  • long-term improve the way you train, relate to your body and life and approach your routine.

Doing your workout or attending that class, should not be something you need to, but something that you want to do, that is a part of you. That helps you evolve and makes you thrive in life. Being able to perform a certain physical move or reaching a (weight) goal alone will not make you happy, healthy, or fit. It’s your approach that counts.
