As a coach in preventive health and leisure sports, for more than 14 years, I have been supporting numerous clients in personal and group training. Improving your fitness is not only about physical health or appearance: it’s about changing your mindset, training your nervous system and enjoying life.

Together, we reach your goals, boost your health and enjoy training sessions tailored to your needs. In addition to exercise, we look at nutrition and lifestyle habits. With a holistic individual approach and proven methods, we develop your individual training concept and establish a healthy lifestyle that is goal-oriented, fun and feels good to you.

  • Functional strength training is ideal for strengthening and shaping the body or elevating your athletic performance to the next level.

    Training is called “functional training” when it serves your goal and uses complex movements that challenge different muscles and tissue at the same time.

    Depending on its structure and your goals, functional training can:

    • balance sport-specific muscular imbalances or tensions

    • prevent and relieve muscular imbalances and tensions in general

    • prevent neck,back and hip pain

    • improve posture

    • improve strength, coordination and stability

    • train the deep-seated muscles

    • elevate your athletic performance by improving strength, speed, stamina, mobility, coordination and explosivity

    • Improve your relationship with your body and boost self-confidence

      We train with small equipment and your body weight.

  • With health-oriented endurance training and an individual approach, we rediscover the joy of so-called dull endurance training together and make running a fun thing to do.

    You are already a passionate runner and want to improve your 10 km time or finally compete in a (half) marathon? A targeted training plan and good running technique help along!

    Running is part of human nature, it is our natural form of movement. Nevertheless, many of us have unlearned how to do it. Yet it is incredibly convenient and highly effective, especially in a busy everyday life. After all, you need nothing but a good pair of shoes and a little know-how to boost your health and fitness in no time.

  • Mobility and Flexibility training can

    • promote healthy posture

    • relieve tension-related pain and

    • improve your sports-specific athletic mobility by increasing your active range of motion an improving coordination

    Finish the office day without neck pain, finally keep your heels on the ground when squatting and confidently tie your shoes when standing. With a combination of mobility, strength, coordination and flexibility training, will tackle all topics that are important to you

  • Short, intense, effective. In only 25 minutes, you build muscle, burn up to 800 kcal and kick-start your metabolism. Fun (and a little suffering) guaranteed!

  • Online training is an excellent extra motivation and a convenient training tool. I offer online training as an effective enhancement to occasional face-to-face sessions.

    Online-only sessions are possible if you have relevant movement exercise experience or don’t have any injuries.

Healthy-Lifestyle-Coaching

  • Yoga in the morning, a run after work, and an apple instead of chocolate. Sounds good, but after about a week, your weaker self takes back over and draws you back into the comfort zone?

    In terms of health, routines that truly suit you are the key to success. Together we will find out what that means for you and integrate healthy habits into your everyday life. Stress-free and long-lasting.

  • Unhealthy (eating) habits usually have a reason. We analyse destructive patterns and reactions and dissolve them gradually.

  • How do you achieve and maintain your desired weight without dieting, yo-yo effect and other?

    In a nutshell: With a good relationship to yourself, the right nutrition and physical activities which cheer you up. To find out what that means to you we will do a detailed individual assessment and go from there.

  • You'd like to eat less meat or go vegan? I will support you step by step in making a change that fits your everyday life, is guaranteed to be delicious and provides you with all the nutrients you need. It'easier than it appears!

  • Vegetarian or vegan sports nutrition is simple and can support recovery, if well planned and suited to your needs, digestion and body type. We will find the best plant-based foods and nutrition strategies for you and your discipline.


  • Every training or coaching session begins with a thorough look at your health and sports history, based on a free 30minute call or personal meeting in TQ13 9AT.

  • Trainings can take place as one-on-one, in pairs or in small groups with a maximum of twelve people. Please register together for pair or group training sessions. 

  • Larger group fitness courses for companies, gyms, or association sports on request.

Public Fitness Classes

At the moment I’m focusing on Private Classes only.
However, if you want to book me for regular classes or events, you are very welcome to reach out and I’ll see if there is a space in the schedule.
